At registration, a total of fees is calculated and charged to the student's account. Refunds are based on total fees charged, not on amount paid. A refund is prepared upon the student's request. Approved refunds can take 4-6 weeks to be processed.

Incidental fees, auditor fees and the Envision material fees are non-refundable.
